Customers who purchase HK$300 or above can enjoy free courier service in Hong Kong business districts (except Islands District). There is surcharge HKD$40 if the parcel is delivered to resident address and choose SF Express or SF Smart Cabinet service.
Customers who purchase less than $300 are required to pay the SF express courier charges by Freight Collect.
There is an additional fee for oversea delivery.
**Please note that during peak hours or in bad weather conditions, the shipping company's dispatch service may experience delays.
Precautions:

1) In order to receive the SMS notification, please use the valid mobile phone number to place an order.
2) Please provide EF Locker number in remark for Resident address delivery when placing the order.
3) Return and refund service are not available.
